4. Cost transparency. When you are recommended to undergo treatment within the standard package, you will not be required to pay any additional fees. If your case turns out to be untypical, you will be able to determine the cost of your treatment in advance and decide whether you wish to proceed with it.

5. Legislation
Ukrainian legislation is highly supportive of the patients requiring treatment through the use of assisted reproductive technologies. You will be able to receive all required services in our clinic.

According to the Order of the Ministry of Health Care of Ukraine No. 787 “On Approval of the Procedure of Assisted Reproductive Technologies Application” adopted on September 9, 2013.

The following technologies can be used:
– In vitro fertilization (IVF);
– Oocytes donation;
– Cryopreservation of the eggs, sperm, and embryos;
– Additional technologies when performing IVF:
> ICSI;
> Auxiliary hatching;
> Preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD)
– Surrogacy.

Cryopreservation of embryos is allowed under the law. Frozen embryos can be used in the next cycles if needed. Transporting embryos abroad is not prohibited.
Eggs and sperm donation is strictly anonymous in Ukraine and donors may not claim parental rights to the future offspring.

According to Article 123 of the Family Code of Ukraine dated January 10, 2002 No. 2947-III “Affiliation of a Child Born by Virtue of Assisted Reproductive Technologies”:

1. If the wife delivers the child conceived using Assisted Reproductive Technology, upon written consent of her husband, the latter shall be registered as the father of the child born to his wife.

2. If the embryo conceived by the spouses using Assisted Reproductive Technology is transferred into the body of another woman, the spouses shall be considered the parents of the child.

3. The spouses shall be considered the parents of the child, delivered by the wife when an embryo conceived by her husband and another woman using Assisted Reproductive Technology was transferred into the wife’s body.

6. The most suitable donor is a high-quality donor. The clinic takes an extremely careful approach to the donor selection process. Each donor undergoes medical, psychological, genetic and gynecological screening. In-house PGD-NGS diagnostics provides an opportunity to identify genetic defects & the sex of the embryos. We will pick together the most appropriate donor for you based on compatibility of blood types and other medical, and non-medical characteristics, including the use of sperm/egg donor catalog with photos if needed.

7. Care for your comfort. For your convenience, the clinic has the International Patients Service Center that will accompany and provide you with complete support over the entire course of the treatment. All programs may be realized under one roof – from conception to delivery, to prenatal care.

8. Individual approach to each patient.

9. Availability of Donors & Gestational Carriers for programs. The clinic has a broad International Network of partner clinics and doctors with the ability to ship and receive oocytes, embryos, or sperm for use in treatment programs
